PENDLETON Pendleton Artists Society announced its Juried Show winners during its First Friday event on Dec. 3 at Gallery 119. Sarojini Johnson was the judge for the show. Lynn Rockwell won first place (and $300 in prize money) for his watercolor Patrick Klusner placed second ($200) for his oil painting With Head while John Reynold placed third ($100) for his oil work Barry Gray was voted Choice ($50) for his oil painting The show will continue at the gallery, 119 W. State through Dec.

Speed limit change To be consistent with a recent change made by Madison County, Ingalls is creating an ordinance for a speed limit change on a stretch of County Road 800 South. All of 800 east of State Road 13 that is within the Ingalls incorporated limits will have the speed limit reduced from 45 mph to 30 mph.
