Thomas Kotnik of Cleveland; grandchildren, Christine Main of Columbus, Cassandra L. Kotnik of Colorado Springs and Haley and Kelsey Kotnik of Zionsville; and one greatgrandson. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Gregg Robert Kotnik; and a brother, Ernest Kotnik. Formerly of Brown County Hattie Marie Paige Biloxi, Miss. 14, 1933, Mrs. Paige was the daughter of Walter Douglas and Blanche Elizabeth Hannefey Moreland. She married John Russell Paige Aug. 23, 1952, at Biloxi. Survivors include her husband; daughters, Patty Hettick, Annie O'Daniels and Meme Maze, all Nashville, and Karen Paige of Bloomington; a sister, Elva Jane Fields of Connersville; brothers, Sam Moreland of Mooresville, Bob Moreland of Evansville, John Moreland of New Whiteland and Dick Moreland of Florida; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, John Russell Paige a sister, Marie Ann Moreland; and a grandson, Thomas Lyons. NASHVILLE Hattie Marie Paige, 70, Biloxi, formerly of Brown County, died at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Paige retired in 1988 from Indiana Work Force Development in Indianapolis.

Mrs. Patton was a homemaker, had been a foster parent for many years and was former manager of Paul Harris clothing Les Normandie, Steinburg and Columbus Village apartment complexes. She was a former member of Order of the Eastern Star and a member of Elizabethtown United Methodist Church and attended First Assembly of God. Mrs. Ashbrook owned and operated Ashbrook's Hope Food Mart for 30 years.

Humes, 51, of Madison, formerly of Columbus, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at his home. He was employed at Cummins Tech Center, where he had worked for 27 years. Jordan Hope HOPE Robert William Jordan, 63, of Hope died at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at his home. Mr. Jordan worked at Hope Warehouse and was a member of Hope Community Church, Hope Independent Baptist ROBERT JORDAN Church and House of Prayers in Tell City. Born Sept.

22, 1940, in Troy, Mr. Jordan was the son of Herman and Elsie Weller Jordan. He married Rhoda McClintic May 27, 1967. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Norman Funeral Home with the Rev.

Retired electrical engineer Robert Louis Kotnik ROBERT KOTNIK Cox Lane Robert Louis Kotnik, 78, of Cox Lane died at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Mr. Kotnik began his career in electrical engineering in 1950 at Reliance Electric, designing air conditioning ROBERT KOTNIK motors. After leaving briefly in the mid-195 he rejoined the company in 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio, and returned to the Columbus plant in 1963. He was named division engineering manager in 1968 and served in that position until joining SEICO Inc. as Industrial Services Division director in 1974.

He was a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, American Association for the Advancement of Science, Environmental Council, Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce and Optimist Club. He was a former member of American Gear Manufacturers Association and was the author of a number of IEEE transactions and several trade journals. He also was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, where he had been an elder. Mr. Kotnik was a 1950 graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in electrical engineering and earned a master's degree in electrical engineering in 1954 at Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland.

He was an Army veteran of World War II. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church with the Rev. John Armstrong officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m.

Teegarden Freetown Joshua Thomas Teegarden, 23, of Freetown, formerly of Fleming County, died Tuesday, 2004, in Rockcastle County, after being injured in an accident.
